1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 55jj platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 55jj Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 55jj ("we," "us," or "the Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 55jj Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 55jj Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, the legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. 55jj strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 55jj, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 55jj Platform or had your account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

55jj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Company's discretion in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 55jj Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 55jj is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55jj login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify 55jj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 55jj will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

55jj operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

55jj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited to your 55jj account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally the fastest, often completing within minutes for fully verified accounts.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 55jj Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 55jj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 5) before they may be withdrawn. 55jj reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

55jj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 55jj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 55jj Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. 55jj uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional croupiers in accordance with standard casino rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 55jj will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a technical error, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. 55jj's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55jj Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the Platform.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or otherwise abuse Platform systems.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

55jj is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to Filipino players seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming on the 55jj Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 55jj Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 55jj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 55jj Platform without the prior written consent of 55jj. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55jj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

55jj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 55jj's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy & Data

55jj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 55jj implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Amendments

55jj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 55jj will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 55jj Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.
